Privacy choices
Your data stays yours.
The controls are inside the product, beside the data they affect.
AI processing
AskIdeal asks before sending your question, relevant conversation context, or needed Fit Memory to contracted AI providers. Withdraw permission in Settings → Data & privacy; new AI answers stop until you allow it again.
Export
Download a portable JSON copy of your account, conversations, Fit Memory, decisions, asks, and Shopping Automations from Settings → Data & privacy.
Delete
Permanently delete your account and account data in Settings → Data & privacy. Deletion also disconnects Sign in with Apple when linked.
Individual records
Delete conversations from Shop and remove individual Fit Memory notes without deleting your account.
Fit Memory switch
Fit Memory holds only what you asked Ideal to remember, in your words, filed under the kind of product it is about. Turn it off at the top of the Fit Memory page: nothing is then read into an answer and nothing new is written. Your recommendations record stays, as ours.
Email and notifications
Change Shopping Automation email timing and device notification settings from Settings.
